Executive – Customer Services

As part of our continued growth, we are seeking dynamic, motivated, and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Executive – Customer Services in our Customer Services Department.

Key requirements

1. A diploma or degree in marketing, business management, or a related field, or partial qualification in SLIM, is required.
2. Previous experience with order processing systems will be an added advantage.
3. Ability to ensure accurate order processing, follow up on deliveries, and provide effective after-sales support.
4. Strong customer relationship management skills with the ability to address customer needs efficiently.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
