Retail Manager – BIA Outlet

Are you passionate about luxury retail, customer experience, and leading a dynamic team? We are looking for a motivated and experienced retail manager to lead our Pintanna Oud BIA outlet and deliver an exceptional shopping experience to local and international customers.

Requirements

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role
2. Strong leadership and team management skills
3. Excellent communication and customer service abilities
4. Ability to achieve sales targets and manage daily store operations
5. Professional appearance and positive attitude
6. Good knowledge of inventory handling and reporting
7. Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays
8. Experience in luxury retail, perfumes, cosmetics, or fashion will be an added advantage
9. Fluency in English; additional languages will be a plus
