Showroom Manager

We are a well-established and fast-growing retail organization seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced individual to join our team as a Showroom Manager – Kiribathgoda Branch.

Job profile

1. Oversee the overall operations of the showroom and ensure smooth daily functioning.
2. Achieve monthly sales targets and drive revenue growth.
3. Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
4. Maintain high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction.
5. Manage stock control, merchandising, and inventory accuracy.
6. Ensure proper cash handling and adherence to company procedures.
7. Prepare sales reports and submit performance updates to management.

Requirements

1. Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in retail management (preferably in a similar industry).
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Good knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
5. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
6. Professional appearance and positive attitude.
