Civil Engineer

Tasma group of companies is seeking qualified and experienced civil engineers for the position of senior technical site supervisor at the company’s own construction projects.

Scope of work

1. Supervise and coordinate architectural and structural works on site
2. Provide technical coordination with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams
3. Monitor site progress, workmanship, and quality standards
4. Read, interpret, and implement technical drawings and construction details

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s or diploma in civil engineering or related field
2. Minimum 5 years practical experience in construction
3. Strong knowledge in coordinating architectural and structural works
4. Ability to read, understand, and execute technical drawings
5. Proficiency in construction-related software including AutoCAD, MS Word, MS Excel, and other relevant applications

Additional professional qualifications (optional advantage)

1. NDT / NVQ or equivalent technical qualifications
2. Diploma or certificate courses in construction technology, quantity surveying, drafting, site management, or civil engineering
3. Training or certifications in construction software and project coordination
