Property Manager

Key responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations and overall presentation of the hotel property.
- Act as the primary point of contact, resolving concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure boutique hotel standards, cleanliness, safety, and hospitality are maintained throughout the property.
- Ensure guest rooms and public areas meet exceptional quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Monitor property safety, security, and compliance requirements.
- Work closely with government authorities to obtain the required approvals.
- Liaise with senior management to implement strategic goals and policies.
- Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in hotel management or a similar role.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach.
- Be fully or partially qualified with a diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Quantity Surveying, or Engineering.
- Be willing to reside on-site as part of the role and travel between properties.
- Be proficient in software such as Google Workspace for email, reporting, and analysis, as well as property management systems, and be AI literate.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to service excellence are essential.
- Male candidate below 40 years of age.
