Technologist – Bonding & Adhesive

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced technologist – bonding & adhesive to develop, implement, and monitor bonding processes during product development and production stages, ensuring compliance with customer standards and right-first-time execution.

Role & responsibility

1. Align to business set KPIs.
2. Oversee bonding adhesive operations in sampling and production.
3. Provide technical requirements, machine settings, and attachments for bonding-related machines.
4. Manage bonding adhesive suppliers and product development.
5. Involve in new projects, methods, and innovations.
6. Conduct research on factory processes and machinery.
7. Ensure 6S, kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & experience

1. Minimum 5 years’ experience in bonding & adhesive processes.
2. Strong technical and IT literacy skills.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
5. IESL membership and basic machine software knowledge will be an added advantage.
