Responsibilities
- Procurement planning and supply chain management
- Stock management
- Delivery (transport) management
- Assets and property management (including premises)
- Fleet and fuel management
- Telecommunication
- IT support
Required qualifications and technical competencies
- Bachelor’s degree procurement and logistics, supply chain management, or business administration or IT or a related field.
- At least 3 years’ experience in procurement and logistics management and IT field, preferably in the INGO / NGO environment.
Skills
- Strong negotiation, communicate skills with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset, ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Attention to details, commitment and accuracy in aspects of work.
- Flexible, adaptability to handle changing priorities and business needs.
