Sales Executive | Engineer

Key responsibilities
- Drive customer acquisition and achieve revenue growth targets with a long term business perspective.
- Identify and qualify leads while assessing potential markets for Schindler products.
- Explore and develop new sales and business opportunities through regular engagement across diverse market segments.
- Achieve collection targets linked to sales performance.
- Utilize strong selling skills, technical expertise, and multi channel presentation capabilities to deliver compelling product demonstrations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from initial customer contact through to successful deal closure.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documents accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with the installation department to ensure customer requirements are effectively fulfilled.
Qualifications and skills
- Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in sales & marketing, engineering, or a related field with exposure to a similar industry.
- Prior experience in the elevator industry will be considered an added advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem solving and negotiation abilities.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities.
- Proficient in delivering impactful presentations.
- Fluency in both English and Sinhala.
- Strong IT literacy.
