About the company

Tabula Rasa Resort & Spa is one of the most prestigious 5-star resorts along the Southern coastline of Sri Lanka in Galle. Recently, the resort has been included in the list of the world’s 500 best independently owned hotels (SLH). Our ambitions do not stop here. Starting in October, the restaurant – named ‘The Dutch’ will open its doors to outside guests. Our goal is to put ‘The Dutch’ on the international map as one of the best restaurants in Sri Lanka, with lobster and crab dishes as our signature offerings.

Requirements

1. Are you a motivated chef who can and wants to surprise our guests with beautiful culinary dishes through passion and skills?
2. Do you want to contribute to our collective ambition of making ‘The Dutch’ – a leading culinary destination with enthusiasm and dedication?
3. Do you have a minimum of 10 years of culinary experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within high end hotel or resort?
