Key responsibilities

Requirements

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a receptionist or front office role.
  2. Degree or diploma in business administration or a related field.
  3. Excellent English communication skills.
  4. Strong computer literacy and administrative skills.
  5. Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  6. Ability to manage visitors, calls, and office coordination efficiently.

Shift schedule

  1. Shift 01: AM 7:30 – PM 15:30
  2. Shift 02: PM 14:30 – PM 22:30
