2. Fluent in English (reading and writing) with strong communication skills.
3. Skilled in using diagnostic tools, service information systems and resolving vehicle issues.
4. Adheres to procedures while efficiently managing workflow and tasks.
5. Competent in test driving and diagnosing faults during road tests.
