Management trainee / interns (international sales & business development)

OXO Tech is a fast-growing software services company with a team of 100+ skilled professionals, delivering bespoke software development, resource augmentation, and system integration solutions to clients across the USA, Canada, Australia, the UK, and the UAE.

As part of our expansion strategy, we are diversifying into tourism, eCommerce, and education verticals. To support this growth, we are looking to onboard management trainee/ interns – international sales to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

1. Support sales and business development activities across assigned markets and products
2. Assist in lead generation, client research, and preparation of proposals and presentations
3. Coordinate with internal teams to support client onboarding and ongoing projects
4. Participate in client meetings, calls, and follow-ups under supervision
5. Help maintain CRM records, sales reports, and market insights
6. Support planning and execution of sales campaigns and partnerships
7. Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis

Qualifications & requirements

1. Undergraduate or recently graduated in business management, marketing, sales, or a related field
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Interest in sales, client handling, and business growth
4. Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
5. Willingness to learn, proactive attitude, and ability to work in a team
6. Good command of English (spoken and written)
