Personal Assistant to CEO

We’re seeking a highly organised, professional, proactive Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative support directly to the CEO.
Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings & events.
- Prepare documents, reports & presentations and take meeting minutes.
- Update the management regularly.
- Perform additional duties assigned.
Requirements
- Proven minimum 3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Preferred near Kurunegala.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related subject.
- Excellent command of Sinhala & English.
- Proficiency in MS Office package. (Knowledge of using digital business analytics tools and AI tools added an advantage.)
