Personal Assistant to CEO

We’re seeking a highly organised, professional, proactive Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative support directly to the CEO.

Responsibilities

  1. Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings & events.
  2. Prepare documents, reports & presentations and take meeting minutes.
  3. Update the management regularly.
  4. Perform additional duties assigned.

Requirements

  1. Proven minimum 3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
  2. Preferred near Kurunegala.
  3. Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related subject.
  4. Excellent command of Sinhala & English.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office package. (Knowledge of using digital business analytics tools and AI tools added an advantage.)
