Responsibilities

  1. On time batch card issuing
  2. Update production plan circulates
  3. Update WIP report/ sample schedule
  4. Implementation production plan and achieving deadlines
  5. Conducting customer satisfaction surveys
  6. Coordinating with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

  1. Passed G.C.E. advanced level examination.
  2. Prior experience in customer service or customer handling will be an added advantage.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
