Sales & Marketing Executive

We are a leading leisure company in the hospitality and tourism sector seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our Colombo team.

Key responsibilities

1. Visit and develop relationships with travel agents and tour operators in Colombo and surrounding areas.
2. Promote and sell our leisure/hospitality services through B2B channels.
3. Generate new business opportunities and convert leads into confirmed sales.
4. Maintain strong ongoing relationships with travel trade partners.
5. Achieve monthly sales targets and reporting on market activities.
6. Prepare basic sales reports and provide regular updates to management for review.

Requirements

1. Previous experience in sales (travel/tourism/hospitality preferred).
2. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
3. Willingness to do field visits and meet travel agents regularly.
4. Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
5. Good knowledge of Colombo travel trade network will be an advantage.
