Front Office Manager

Key responsibilities

  1. Manage and oversee all front office operations including reception and guest relations
  2. Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high guest satisfaction standards
  3. Supervise, train, and motivate front office staff
  4. Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
  5. Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations
  6. Monitor occupancy, room inventory, and revenue performance

Requirements

  1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in a reputed 4-star (or above) hotel preferred
  2. Strong leadership and team management skills
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
  5. Knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS)
  6. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
  7. Qualification in Hospitality Management or related field is an advantage
