Loading Officer

We are a well-established, ISO certified processing company, engaged in production, processing and marketing of a wide range of chicken products under the “Delmo” brand. Due to expansion of our operations we are seeking the services of following professionals to support our growth.

Responsibilities

1. Accountable for obtaining the delivery order form from the Sales Department on a daily basis.
2. Accountable for loading the finished goods to the vehicles under regular supervision.
3. Obtaining invoices and gate passes as required.
4. Ensure the first in first out (FIFO) method in order to maintain the quality standards.
5. Responsible for summarizing the details regarding the finished goods, entering to the system and goods to the cool room.
6. Responsible for receiving return goods and measuring the quality of the return goods with the quality department.
7. Records purchases, maintains database, performs physical count of inventory and reconciliation of stock verification reports.

Qualifications & experience

1. Advanced level 3 passes is a must.
2. At least 01 year of experience in warehousing or stores management.
3. Good knowledge on MS Office or ERP system.
