Customer Service Executive – Cashier

Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a positive attitude.
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments accurately.
- Issue receipts, refunds, and maintain proper transaction records.
- Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of shifts.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier counter.
- Support team members in day-to-day operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a cashier or in customer service preferred.
- Strong numerical and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling money.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Team player with a customer-first mindset.
