Service Advisor

Responsibilities

1. Maintains positive relationships with clients to ensure repeat and return customers.
2. Approaches transactions with sales-minded professionalism and suggestively sell products and services to clients, including making clients aware of all packages and retail options available.
3. Answers customer questions about services, including when to expect vehicle repairs.
4. Processes customer payments. Demonstrate extensive knowledge of finance department.

Requirements

1. Male / female candidate with minimum 2 years of experience in a similar job role at the reputed auto maintenance / automobile company.
2. Should possess a technical qualification in automobile engineering from a recognized institute.
3. Computer literacy (familiar with MS Office package).
4. Valid vehicle driving license.
5. Familiarity with modern automobile techniques, industry standard equipment and related technical expertise.
