Customer Service Officer
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide accurate information about stores, promotions, facilities, and events within the mall.
- Maintain a log of daily customer interactions and report recurring issues to the management.
- Conduct daily checks of mall facilities to ensure readiness, including clean restrooms, functional elevators/escalators, and well-maintained common areas.
- Maintain daily logs of customer inquiries, complaints, and operational issues.
- Inform customers about ongoing promotions, loyalty programs, or events.
- Provide accurate information about stores, promotions, facilities, and events within the mall.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in guest relations, front office, or customer service within a mall, hospitality, or retail environment.
- A diploma in hospitality or business management is considered an added advantage.
- Proficient in office software with a basic understanding of digital tools.
- Strong command of English, both verbal and written.
- Proven ability to handle customer concerns and resolve issues effectively.
- Capable of working under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work on roster basis, including weekends and mercantile holidays.
