Job responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in cement.
- Cultivate relationships with prospects to promote and sell products.
- Ensure timely order execution and delivery.
- Foster customer relationships in order to maintain retention.
- Communicate information accurately and promptly to internal and external stakeholders.
- Uphold service quality standards by adhering to standard operating procedures and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement by proposing and implementing changes.
- Coordinate timely collection of recoveries.
- Provide ongoing support, information, and guidance to clients to maintain strong relationships.
- Fulfill additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualification & experience
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant sales experience.
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and negotiation abilities.
- Exceptional communication skills and proficiency in computer usage.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Must possess a valid driving license.
- Residence in Kandy/Matale or nearby areas is preferred.
- School leavers are encouraged to submit their applications.
Remuneration package:
Competitive gross salary in the range of Rs. 85,000 to Rs.100,000 per month.
Sales area – Matale, Kandy, Nuwara Eliya, Rathnapura.
