Assistant general manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead and drive business performance across operations, sales, supply chain, and support functions.

Key responsibilities

1. Drive overall business growth, performance, and operational excellence.
2. Lead sales and marketing initiatives to achieve volume, revenue, and profitability targets.
3. Oversee supply chain operations, including demand forecasting and logistics coordination.
4. Ensure effective budget management, cost control, and financial performance monitoring.
5. Maintain strong compliance with regulatory, audit, and internal control requirements.
6. Provide leadership in HR and administrative functions, ensuring smooth business operations.
7. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, distributors, and regulatory bodies.

Skills and experience required

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in the lubricants business.
2. Proven experience in a senior management role with exposure to multi-functional operations.
3. Strong background in sales, marketing, and business development.
4. Experience in supply chain and operational management.
5. Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control.
6. Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
7. Ability to drive performance and manage teams in a dynamic environment.
