Office / Administration Manager (Female)
We are on the lookout for an Office Manager.
Job Responsibilities
- Creating Sales invoices and coordinating with customers for timely payments
- Preparing Spare parts to purchase orders and supplies in the company
- Maintain a database of all agreements
- Timely renewal of property and business-related renewals
- Negotiation with vendors for best rates for all workshop & body shop supplies
- Coordinate with Director for timely payments
- Monitor internal & external audit queries
- Maintain daily petty cash
- Maintain company salaries, and ETF & EPF payments
Requirements
- Minimum 03-05 years experience in business administration or relevant field
- Knowledge of accounting & documentation procedures
- IT savvy with work knowledge
- Good interpersonal skills, teamwork, and coordination
- Good communication skills in both English & Sinhala
- Self-motivated and good PR skills
