Office / Administration Manager (Female)

We are on the lookout for an Office Manager.

Job Responsibilities

  • Creating Sales invoices and coordinating with customers for timely payments
  • Preparing Spare parts to purchase orders and supplies in the company
  • Maintain a database of all agreements
  • Timely renewal of property and business-related renewals
  • Negotiation with vendors for best rates for all workshop & body shop supplies
  • Coordinate with Director for timely payments
  • Monitor internal & external audit queries
  • Maintain daily petty cash
  • Maintain company salaries, and ETF & EPF payments

Requirements

  • Minimum 03-05 years experience in business administration or relevant field
  • Knowledge of accounting & documentation procedures
  • IT savvy with work knowledge
  • Good interpersonal skills, teamwork, and coordination
  • Good communication skills in both English & Sinhala
  • Self-motivated and good PR skills
