Key responsibilities

1. Coordinate daily sales operations
2. Prepare quotations, reports & summaries
3. Handle customer inquiries and follow-ups
4. Maintain sales records and data entry
5. Coordinate with stores, logistics & production
6. Monitor customer payments and collections
7. Good communication & interpersonal skills
8. Computer literacy in MS Office
9. Strong coordination & organizational skills
10. Ability to work under pressure

Requirements

1. 1–2 years experience in similar field preferred
2. Experience in FMCG/manufacturing is an advantage
3. Age below 35 years preferred
4. School leavers may also apply
5. Good speaking and writing knowledge in English
