Quality Assurance Labority Research & Development Manager

We are a leading ceramic manufacturing company seeking a dynamic, experienced, and results-oriented professional to join our team as a Quality Assurance & Laboratory Manager.

Responsibilities

1. Managing and supervising the laboratory team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
2. Ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures, quality standards, and safety regulations.
3. Conducting quality inspections and laboratory testing to maintain product quality.
4. Monitoring raw materials, production processes, and finished products to ensure consistency and compliance with ISO 9001:2015.
5. Preparing laboratory reports and maintaining accurate records and documentation.
6. Coordinating with production and other departments to resolve quality-related issues.
7. Implementing corrective and preventive actions to improve product quality and operational efficiency.
8. Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory performance and quality standards.
9. Training and guiding staff on quality assurance procedures and laboratory practices.

Requirements

1. B.Sc. degree in chemistry, mathematics, physics, or a related field from a recognized university.
2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in quality assurance or laboratory management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
3. Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Sound knowledge of quality control systems and laboratory procedures.
3. Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively.
4. Age: 35 years or above.
