Manager – Operations

We are a fast-growing food production and delivery company specializing in freshly prepared lunch meals for offices and factories. Orders are placed through direct corporate partnerships and via our mobile platform, Pink Panda, designed for convenient pre-ordering and timely delivery. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Manager – Operations to support and oversee our daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

1. Assist in managing end-to-end daily operations including food production, order processing, and delivery coordination.
2. Monitor and optimize workflow between kitchen, packing, and logistics teams.
3. Ensure all pre-orders (corporate and app-based) are processed accurately and delivered on time.
4. Supervise staff, allocate duties, and maintain high performance standards.
5. Maintain quality control, hygiene, and food safety compliance.
6. Coordinate with the Pink Panda team to manage order flow and resolve technical or customer issues.
7. Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues promptly.
8. Support inventory management and supplier coordination.

Candidate requirements

1. Proven experience in operations, preferably in food production or delivery services.
2. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
4. Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
5. Familiarity with delivery platforms or order management systems is an advantage.
6. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
