Accountant

Key responsibilities

1. Oversee all the accounting transactions by preparing payments, verifying documentation & requesting disbursements ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate.
2. Generate monthly / annual reports, prepare budget forecast and publish financial statements on time.
3. Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.

Candidate profile

1. Age – 20-35 yrs.
2. Degree or ad. diploma in accounting or in relevant field with 2-3 years of experience as an accountant.
3. Competence with computer software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc.)
4. Prior experience in an audit firm will be considered an added advantage.
5. Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly with good mathematical skills.
