Payroll Head

Reputed company engaged in industrial security & electronic security is seeking qualified candidates for upcoming operations.

Key responsibilities

1. Lead and mentor payroll teams, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
2. Ensure accuracy in salary calculations, deductions, overtime, and benefits.
3. Implement and manage payroll systems.
4. Act as the key liaison between HR, finance, and external auditors.
5. Generate payroll reports, KPIs, and audit-ready documentation.

Qualifications & skills

1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or HR.
2. 3+ years of progressive payroll/HR experience, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.
3. Strong knowledge of tax regulations, labor laws, and compliance frameworks.
4. Problem-solving and stakeholder management.
