Key responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for FinTech products and services.
  2. Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and strategic partnerships.
  3. Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  4. Build and nurture strong relationships with enterprise clients, banks, financial institutions, and industry partners.
  5. Work closely with product, marketing, and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
  6. Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting to leadership.
  7. Lead and mentor the sales team to drive high performance.

Required qualifications & skills

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
  2. Minimum 5 – 10 years’ experience in sales, with at least 3 years in FinTech, banking technology, or related industries.
  3. Strong business understanding of digital payments, financial services, POS, API integrations, and emerging FinTech trends.
  4. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing large enterprise deals.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  6. Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
