IT Executive – Hardware Support

Requirements

1. Degree or diploma in Information Technology / Computer Science or related field.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in computer hardware maintenance and network support.
3. Good knowledge in IT troubleshooting and problem-solving.

Key responsibilities

1. Install, repair, and maintain computer hardware and related equipment.
2. Perform routine maintenance and system upgrades.
3. Provide first-level technical support to staff and users.
4. Maintain accurate records of repair and maintenance activities.

IT Executive – Software Support

Requirements

1. Hands-on experience in programming (.NET, C#, PHP).
2. Sound knowledge of RDBMS platforms including SQL server and MySQL.
3. Knowledge in graphic designing will be an added qualification.
4. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.

Key responsibilities

1. Resolve day-to-day software-related issues.
2. Develop and maintain applications/software solutions as per company requirements.
3. Prepare technical documentation including system architecture and data flow diagrams.
