Architect

We are looking for a young energetic person to take up the following position and be a part of our team.

Key responsibilities

1. Completing council drawings & working drawings
2. Providing professional technical guidance to design & construction team
3. Conducting client meeting
4. Preparing regulatory applications
5. Periodic site inspections and quality check
6. Developing designs from schematic level to completion
7. Professionally converse with clients

Requirements

1. Familiar with Auto CAD especially related to high rise building / apartments and housing
2. 3D Max, Sketch up and Photoshop skills will be an added advantage
3. Qualified with NVQ Level 04 or equivalent qualification from a reputed institute.
4. Experience in producing engineering drawings will be an added advantage.
5. Knowledge in building regulations
6. Minimum of 1 year of experience in an architectural design firm, with additional experience in housing projects preferred
7. Self-motivated and can work independently.
