Management associate | administration

We are looking for dynamic and committed individuals to join our team as an management associate / administration.

Key duties and responsibilities

  1. Procurement & administrative operations – support daily procurement and office administration activities in line with institutional procedures.
  2. Documentation & finance support – process procurement, administrative, and finance-related documentation accurately and on time.
  3. Vendor & stakeholder coordination – coordinate with suppliers, staff, and external parties to support smooth operations.
  4. Procurement & inventory support – assist with purchasing, stock monitoring, and resource availability.
  5. Budget & expense monitoring – support day-to-day finance activities, expense tracking, and budget monitoring.

Qualifications

  1. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from a recognized university/ institution.
  2. Minimum of two (02) years of work experience after obtaining the educational qualification or a minimum of three (03) years of overall work experience in a similar role in the relevant discipline.
