A leading water filtration and dispenser solutions company supplying premium drinking water systems to top hotels, hospitals, commercial buildings, offices, and corporate clients in Sri Lanka is looking for a professional and result-oriented sales manager to join our growing team.

The selected candidate should have a pleasant personality, good English communication skills, and the confidence to deal with senior managers, business owners, procurement teams, engineers, and corporate decision-makers.

Key responsibilities

  1. Develop new business opportunities in hotels, hospitals, commercial buildings, offices, and corporate sectors.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior managers, procurement heads, facility managers, and business owners.
  3. Promote water filtration systems, hot & cold water dispensers, and sustainable drinking water solutions.
  4. Prepare professional sales proposals, quotations, presentations, and tenders.
  5. Follow up with customers and manage the full sales process until order confirmation.
  6. Visit customers regularly, understand their requirements, and identify new project opportunities.
  7. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and contribute to business growth.
  8. Coordinate with technical, operations, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
  9. Maintain sales pipeline reports, forecasts, and provide regular updates to management.
  10. Attend industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to generate new leads and build brand presence.
  11. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain long-term business relationships.

Candidate profile

We are looking for a professional who is passionate about sales and building long-term client relationships.

  1. Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, project sales, hotel supplies, building materials, water solutions, or related industries.
  2. Good command of English and Sinhala. Tamil will be an added advantage.
  3. Pleasant personality with excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  4. Ability to confidently deal with senior-level managers, corporate clients, and decision-makers.
  5. Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and closing skills.
  6. Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
  7. Valid driving license is preferred.
  8. Willingness to travel island-wide as required.
  9. Experience in dealing with hotels, hospitals, commercial properties, or corporate clients will be highly preferred.
  10. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM or sales reporting tools.
