Trainee 3D Visualizer

We are looking for a talented 3D Visualizer to transform 2D plans into high-end photorealistic 3D visuals for our housing and land projects.

Key responsibilities

1. Create detailed 3D models using Google SketchUp.
2. Produce realistic renders and walkthroughs using Lumion.
3. Perform post-production and image enhancement in Adobe Photoshop.
4. Ensure all visuals accurately reflect architectural specifications.

Requirements

1. 1+ years of experience in architectural visualization.
2. Strong skills in SketchUp, Lumion, and Photoshop.
3. Strong portfolio with high-quality interior and exterior renders.
4. Ability to read and interpret 2D CAD drawings.
