Human resource manager

We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and result-oriented individual to join our team as human resource manager.

Key responsibilities

  1. Oversee all human resources functions of the group.
  2. Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  3. Handle performance management and staff development initiatives.
  4. Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
  5. Develop and implement HR strategies and procedures.
  6. Manage payroll coordination, attendance, and leave administration.
  7. Support management in organizational planning and staff engagement.

Requirements

  1. Degree or professional qualification in human resource management or related field.
  2. Minimum 3 years’ experience in a management role.
  3. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  4. Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  5. Sound knowledge of Sri Lankan labour laws and HR practices.
  6. Ability to work independently and handle confidential matters professionally.
