Senior Executive – Talent Acquisition
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Senior Executive Talent Acquisition to strengthen our recruitment function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities while actively sourcing and attracting talent to meet organizational manpower requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Work closely with department heads to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract suitable candidates.
- Proactively go and find talent from outside sources when necessary, including field sourcing, referrals, and external recruitment drives.
- Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment records.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and selection processes efficiently.
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing activities.
- Ensure recruitment processes are in line with company policies and timelines.
Qualifications & skills
- A diploma or degree in human resources management or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Experience in active sourcing and headhunting will be an added advantage.
