Assistant Manager (Talent Development)
We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager for our Talent Development team who will play a pivotal role in supervising training programs, implementing global training initiatives, and fostering effective communication within our diverse team and service lines in Sri Lanka and Maldives. This role will also involve delivering professional life skills training workshops and contributing to the overall success of our training division.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate training programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Assist in developing and implementing global training and development initiatives.
- Foster effective communication within the training team and across service lines.
- Deliver engaging and impactful professional life skills training workshops.
- Support the manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the training division.
Requirements
- Excellent command of the English language and strong communication skills.
- Demonstrated supervisory skills and experience in training and development.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field to the role.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development roles.
