Manager – Human Resources

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for people and organizational excellence? We are looking for a dynamic HR manager to take the reins of our human resources function.

Key responsibilities

2. Design and execute forward-thinking strategies to attract, develop, and retain the best talent in the industry.
3. Champion a culture of accountability and continuous improvement through modern performance management frameworks.
4. Launch creative engagement initiatives that make our company the best place to work.
5. Ensure all operations align with Sri Lankan labor laws and global HR best practices.

Requirements

1. A bachelor’s degree in HR or a professional qualification (such as CIPM/PQHRM).
2. At least 5 years of experience, ideally within the IT industry or a fast-paced corporate environment.
3. A deep understanding of local labor laws and regulatory frameworks.
4. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills—you should be a natural bridge-builder.
