Quantity Surveyor – Interior Fit-Out | Joinery & Furniture

We are looking for a practical, detail-oriented quantity surveyor with hands-on experience in interior fit-out, joinery, or furniture-related work. This role is suited to someone who understands the pace of real project environments, is confident working with numbers, and can take ownership from pricing through to execution.

What you will be responsible for

1. Preparing BOQs, cost estimates, and material breakdowns
2. Pricing interior fit-out, joinery, and custom fabrication work
3. Working closely with design, factory, and site teams
4. Visiting sites when required to understand scope and progress
5. Monitoring project costs and ensuring budget control
6. Supporting procurement and material planning

What we are looking for

1. Minimum 3 years’ experience in interior fit-out, joinery, furniture manufacturing, or related work
2. Diploma or degree in quantity surveying, construction management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
3. Strong understanding of materials, fabrication methods, and site execution
4. Up-to-date industry knowledge and practical costing ability
5. Ability to work fast and meet deadlines without compromising accuracy
6. Comfortable working across office, factory, and site environments
7. Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
8. Ability to read drawings and translate them into accurate costing
