Guest relations manager

Hibiscus Beach Hotel is looking for a professional, energetic, and guest-focused guest relations manager to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences, manage guest feedback effectively, and maintain the highest standards of customer service throughout the hotel.

This role is perfect for someone passionate about hospitality, communication, and creating memorable guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

1. Welcome and assist guests during check-in and throughout their stay
2. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and efficiently
3. Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and personalized service
4. Coordinate with front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and other departments to resolve guest concerns
5. Monitor online reviews and guest feedback to improve service quality
6. Maintain VIP guest relations and special arrangements
7. Train and guide front office staff on guest service standards
8. Prepare guest reports and maintain accurate records
9. Support hotel events, promotions, and guest engagement activities

Requirements

1. Previous experience in hospitality, guest relations, or hotel front office management
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
4. Professional appearance and positive attitude
5. Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
6. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
7. Computer literacy and familiarity with hotel management systems preferred
