Digital Marketing Associate

We are seeking creative and proactive individuals to join our Corporate Communication Department as Digital Marketing Associates. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the social media platforms of respective Sterling Automobiles branches, ensuring a consistent, engaging, and brand-aligned digital media presence across all channels.

Role highlights

1. Manage and update official social media pages of respective branch (Galle, Minuwangoda).
2. Create and publish engaging content including posts, stories, and reels in line with the company’s branding standards.
3. Coordinate with branch teams to gather updates, photos, and promotions for social media posting.
4. Monitor online interactions and respond to inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
5. Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
6. Track and report social media performance, engagement, and audience growth.
7. Collaborate with the Marketing team to align digital content with corporate campaigns.
8. Maintain a content calendar to ensure regular and consistent posting across platforms.

Desired background

1. A diploma or certificate in digital marketing, social media marketing, or any other relevant qualification will be an added advantage.
2. Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Sinhala.
3. Familiarity with popular social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
4. Basic skills in graphic design, photography, or video editing will be an advantage.
5. A creative mindset with attention to detail and consistency.
