Reservations & Sales Senior Executive | Assistant Manager

Key responsibilities

  1. Handle villa reservations and ensure timely, accurate communication with guests and partners.
  2. Manage booking platforms (OTAs, direct bookings, travel agents) and update rates/availability.
  3. Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings through excellent customer service and sales skills.
  4. Coordinate with villa operations to ensure smooth guest experiences from booking to departure.
  5. Build strong relationships with clients, agents, and partners to maximize repeat and referral business.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  7. Prepare sales and reservations reports, analyze performance, and suggest improvements.

Qualifications & skills

  1. 2–4 years of experience in reservations, sales, or hospitality (luxury experience preferred).
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (other languages are a plus).
  3. Familiarity with reservation systems, OTAs, and CRM tools.
  4. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure.
  5. A proactive and customer-focused mindset with a passion for travel and luxury hospitality.
  6. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related field will be an added advantage.
