Job profile

1. Conduct risk-based internal audits covering financial, operational, and compliance areas.
2. Evaluate internal controls, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
3. Review key processes such as revenue, procurement, inventory (including medical supplies), and cost controls.
4. Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
5. Prepare audit reports and present findings with actionable recommendations to management.
6. Perform investigations and special audits when required.

Candidate profile

1. Part qualification of ICASL/ACCA or equivalent professional qualification from a recognized educational institution.
2. 3–5 years audit experience (hospital/healthcare experience preferred).
3. Strong knowledge of internal controls, risk assessment, and audit practices.
4. Good command of English and computer literacy (ERP knowledge is an advantage).
5. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work independently with high integrity and attention to detail.
7. Preference for candidates residing close to Ratnapura.
8. Age below 35 years.
