Job profile
- Conduct risk-based internal audits covering financial, operational, and compliance areas.
- Evaluate internal controls, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
- Review key processes such as revenue, procurement, inventory (including medical supplies), and cost controls.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare audit reports and present findings with actionable recommendations to management.
- Perform investigations and special audits when required.
Candidate profile
- Part qualification of ICASL/ACCA or equivalent professional qualification from a recognized educational institution.
- 3–5 years audit experience (hospital/healthcare experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of internal controls, risk assessment, and audit practices.
- Good command of English and computer literacy (ERP knowledge is an advantage).
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with high integrity and attention to detail.
- Preference for candidates residing close to Ratnapura.
- Age below 35 years.
