HR Executive

The HR executive is responsible for managing and supporting day-to-day human resources operations across the organization and assigned group companies. The role ensures efficient execution of recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, attendance management, HR administration, employee insurance, compliance, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives while maintaining confidentiality, professionalism, and service excellence.
Key responsibilities
Recruitment & talent acquisition
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, reference checks, and onboarding support.
- Liaise with department heads regarding manpower requirements.
Onboarding & employee lifecycle management
- Manage joining formalities, induction, appointments, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and employee documentation.
- Maintain employee files and records.
Attendance, leave & time management
- Monitor attendance, biometric records, overtime, absenteeism, and leave balances.
Employee relations & HR support
- Handle employee queries, grievances, counselling support, and disciplinary administration.
Employee insurance & benefits administration
- Coordinate medical, life, accident, and related insurance schemes.
- Manage additions, deletions, claims, renewals, and insurer liaison.
Performance management
- Support appraisal cycles, probation reviews, KPI documentation, and performance records.
HR administration & reporting
- Maintain HRIS and prepare monthly HR reports.
Training & employee engagement
- Coordinate training and engagement initiatives.
Compliance & governance
- Ensure policy and labour law compliance with confidentiality.
Group HR support
- Support HR operations across multiple group entities.
Handling the B card registration process
Qualifications & experience
- Diploma / degree in human resources or related discipline.
- 1-5 years relevant HR experience preferred.
Skills & competencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of HR processes and labor regulations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and confidentiality.
- MS Office proficiency.
