Executive | Senior Executive – Treasury
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and manage daily cash flows to ensure adequate liquidity for operational and funding requirements.
- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for fund transfers, settlements, and payments.
- Assist in managing funding sources, including bank borrowings, short-term investments, and debt instruments.
- Support credit facility negotiations and initiatives aimed at optimizing funding costs and reducing interest expenses.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with banks and financial partners to support the organization’s funding needs.
- Assist the Treasury team in preparing and coordinating ALCO (Asset and Liability Committee) meetings, including data analysis and reporting.
- Contribute to financial reporting, analytics, and compliance activities as required.
- Handle foreign reporting requirements and monitor foreign transaction exposures on an ad hoc basis.
Candidate profile
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Treasury, Finance, Financial Analysis, or reporting roles.
- Prior experience in the Banking, Finance, or Non-Banking Financial Institutions (NBFI) sector will be an added advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree with a professional or part qualification in Accounting, Finance, or Auditing (e.g., CIMA, CA, or equivalent).
- Strong analytical, planning, and time management skills.
- A reliable team player with a high level of professionalism and punctuality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, for financial analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills in English.
