Citi Air Lanka (Private) Limited, a subsidiary of a reputed multinational company headquartered in Singapore, specializes in comprehensive travel solutions.
We are expanding our footprint in Sri Lanka and seeking a dynamic, results-driven individual to promote and sell our travel packages to Indonesia, Singapore, and Malaysia through the Sri Lankan travel trade.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular sales visits to travel agents and tour operators in Sri Lanka
- Promote and secure bookings for tour packages (Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia)
- Develop and maintain strong B2B relationships with travel agents
- Identify new business opportunities and expand agent network
- Negotiate group and series bookings with trade partners
- Provide product training and updates to agents
- Ensure smooth coordination and after-sales support
Experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in travel, sales or business development (B2B preferred)
- Experience dealing with travel agents/tour operators is an advantage
- Knowledge of outbound/inbound tour operations will be beneficial
Requirements
- GCE (A/L) with a minimum 2 passes
- Flair for sales
- Strong command of English (spoken & written)
- Communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Motorcycle and a valid driving license (essential for field visits)
- High level of integrity and professionalism
Remuneration
An attractive commission-based package with strong earning potential will be offered to the right candidate.
