Senior Executive – Accounts

We are a leading importer and distributor of high-quality motorcycle spare parts, serving customers across the island for 38 years. With a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, we have established ourselves as a trusted name in the industry. Currently we are looking for senior accounts executives for our Finnane division.

The primary objectives of the position

1. Prepare and submit VAT and SSCL returns, ensuring accurate and timely uploads to the RAMIS system.
2. Handle import costing and assist in item pricing to maintain proper cost structures.
3. Manage import documentation and tariff classification, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Personal profile and skills

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with prior experience in a senior role preferred.
2. Part-qualified in AAT, ACCA, or CIMA, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
3. Sound knowledge of taxation, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.
4. Essential knowledge of import procedures and tariff classification.
5. Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office, with advanced Excel skills.
6. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
