Duties and responsibilities

1. Hands on coordination of client matters.
2. Draft, review and prepare legal documents.
3. Conduct legal research.
4. Handle litigation and provide legal advisory services.
5. Ensure compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
6. Undertake corporate legal work.

Qualifications & experience

1. Attorney-at-law (recently qualified or having 2 – 3 years’ experience)
2. Exposure to commercial, civil litigation, corporate work and white collar crime is an advantage.
