About the company

A leading international construction company who has been in the industry for over 20 years is on the lookout for energetic personnel for the below mentioned post in the organization.

Key responsibility

1. Site supervision
2. Supervise day-to-day construction activities on site.
3. Ensure work is done according to approved drawings and specifications.
4. Monitor labor productivity and site progress.
5. Technical support
6. Read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
7. Assist engineers and project managers in technical matters.
8. Set out works and check levels, alignment, and measurements.
9. Quality control
10. Inspect materials and workmanship.
11. Ensure compliance with construction standards and safety regulations.
12. Report defects and ensure corrective actions.
13. Progress & monitoring
14. Track daily and weekly progress of work.
15. Maintain site records and reports.
16. Assist in preparing progress reports.

Qualifications, experience & skills

1. Minimum 5 years’ experience in building construction (including steel buildings).
2. NDT / NCT.
3. Ability to read construction drawings.
4. Basic knowledge of surveying and setting out.
5. Good communication and teamwork skills.
6. Problem-solving ability on site.
7. AutoCAD and MS office package.
