Finance Executive

eBEYONDS, an international eBusiness & digital marketing solutions company serving a prestigious clientele, is currently looking for a suitably qualified and experienced professional for the following job role.

Job prerequisites

1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field with a professional mid-level qualification in ICASL/CIMA/ACCA.
2. Minimum 4-5 years of proven experience in a similar role.
3. Proficiency in English is required.
4. Sound knowledge in MS Office application and QuickBooks.
5. A self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Hands on experience in handling tax matters (VAT, WHT, APIT etc.).
7. Ability to work with minimum supervision & independently.
8. Preferably below 35 years.
9. Strong understanding of financial regulations & accounting principles.
10. External audit experience would be an added advantage.
11. Ability to join at short notice.

Responsibilities

1. Verify financial data entered into the accounting systems and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
2. Reconcile bank statements and preparation of bank related documents.
3. Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements & prepare relevant reconciliations.
4. Provide support for ad hoc financial analyses and presentations.
5. Handle VAT/WHT/APIT and any regulatory requirements.
6. Liaise with external auditors and ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
7. Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
8. Handle general administrative duties related to finance and accounting.
